When the National Notary Council entrusted us for the sixth time to manage their annual educational campaign, we knew we had a chance to make a significant impact. This campaign, focused on raising awareness about financial and legal matters, provided an opportunity to reach millions of Polish citizens with valuable information that could safeguard their financial futures. So how did we reach 32 million people?
The task: Legal and financial topics are often perceived as complex and inaccessible. The National Notary Council aimed to break these barriers, educating the public about the critical role notaries play in ensuring financial security. The goal was not only to provide knowledge but also to build trust and awareness around the services offered by notaries across Poland.
To meet this challenge, we developed a multifaceted campaign strategy that combined creativity, technology, and human connection. Here’s the elements of the campaign that helped in achieving the client’s goal:

We crafted visually engaging materials for both print and digital channels. These designs ensured the campaign’s message was accessible, professional, and appealing to a wide audience.

With events held in 32 Polish cities, we provided marketing and creative support to ensure high turnout. This included creating materials for on-site interactions and ensuring consistent branding across all locations. Local events raised awareness of the issue and provided us with significant local media coverage.
6. Multi-Channel Online Campaign
We developed and executed an integrated online campaign across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and the Google Display Network. Each platform was utilized to target specific demographics, maximizing the campaign’s reach and impact.
7. Having an important story to tell
The special ingredient that made this campaign a success was the story that is relatable to everyone. It was caught by the media and client’s experts were invited to give TV interviews that boost the overall reach through the roof.

Building partnerships with influential organizations and media can significantly amplify the impact of every campaign. Not only can they provide financial support, but also share the content created for new audience to see.
The Results
The campaign exceeded expectations, reaching an impressive 32.5 million people. Notaries had over 3000 face to dace consultations, 1200 online chats, 2000 phone conversations, and over 100 questions were answered during live streaming. That means we were able to help over 7000 people and their families in just one day.
